OFFENSIVE LINE

Weston Richburg, C/G (2014)

According to Pro Football Reference, the Colorado State product actually was more valuable in 2014 than this year, when many thought he was a Pro Bowl snub.

Bart Oates, C (1985)

The 27-year-old rookie started in 14 of the 16 games he played and earned an “Approximate Value” of 8, the same was Richburg in ’14.

Karl Nelson, T (1984)

The 24-year-old rookie right tackle started all 16 games his rookie season (and the following 2 seasons) while earning an “AV” of 7.

Justin Pugh, T/G (2013)

The 23-year-old Orangeman also started every game his rookie year, the only time in his 3-year career. PFR assigned him an AV of 6, Pro Football Focus selected Justin for their All-Rookie Team, the Pro Football Writers Association (PFWA) named him to their 2013 All-Rookie Team and Sports On Earth did as well.

Ereck Flowers, T (2015)

You already read about his honorable mention on Mel Kiper’s All-Rookie Team, he also got a 9 AV from Pro Football Reference. When three of your top rookies of all-time are all still playing, you have to get just a tad tingly about their prospects in 2016 and beyond.

Honorable Mentions: Rich Umphrey (1982), John Hicks, G (1974), Eric Moore, G (1988), Willie Young (1966), Rosey Brown (1953), Jumbo Elliott (1988), Luke Petitgout (1999), Charlie Harper (1966), Rich Buzin (1968), Billy Ard (1981), William Roberts (1984), Chris Snee (2004), David Diehl (2003), Tom Mullen (1974), Andy Gross (1967), Lance Scott (1997), Greg Larson (1961)
