2. “Will they fix the linebacking corps?”

Not completely, but they got a good’un in B.J. Goodson. The Giants lost out on Georgia linebacker Lenoard Floyd, but with Jasper Brinkley, Keenan Robinson, and Kelvin Sheppard all signed to short-term contracts, getting Goodson gives the G-Men some depth.

No one really projected Goodson to Big Blue, but from everything reported about his reaction and interactions with the team point to a very pleasant surprise. While Devon Kennard could hold down one outside linebacker position, the other is still in limbo. Looks like the Giants are hoping Jonathan Casillas or J.T. Thomas can get settled in their second season with the team.
