Tier 5 Quarterbacks:

19. The Redskins’ Kirk Cousins broke out with a big year in 2015. No one will forget his famous “You Like That , You Like That ! “.  In addition, no one should forget his stats as he had 29 touchdowns , 11 interceptions and 4.166 passing yards. Cousins also had five rushing touchdowns. Cousins wants a big contract and did not get it last off season, so this can be a big year for him. Despite a good year last year I am still a little concerned about his struggles in years past.

20. Marcus Mariota of the Tennessee Titans can be the next big fantasy football breakout at the quarterback position. Mariota however missed five games in 2015. Mariota had 19 touchdown passes and two more rushing touchdowns in his 11 games. He has the ability to pass and run the football with great effectiveness. The Titans have many young talented receivers and added Demarco Murray and Derek Henry as running backs.

21. The Ravens’ Joe Flacco was impressive before suffering a torn ACL, but the stat line alone does not show you everything. Flacco had 14 touchdowns and 12 interceptions in 10 games, and he also had five games where he passed for over 300 yards. He had another game where he had 299 passing yards, so essentially Flacco had six 300-yard passing games. The Ravens whole team had so many injuries, and Flacco played with a different group of receivers seemingly every week.

22. Jay Cutler missed just one game in 2015. His interceptions were down in 2015. The passing touchdowns however were down by 7. Cutler has an elite receiver in Alshon Jeffery. Kevin White is a great deep threat and he will finally be on the field for the Bears.

23. Miami’s Ryan Tannehill was supposed to be the big breakout quarterback last year, but he was very inconsistent. Many people are down on him this year. Tannehill may be overlooked, so this may actually benefit him. Tannehill had 24 touchdown passes and 12 interceptions.

24. The New York Jets’ Ryan Fitzpatrick held out long enough to get the money he wanted. Last year he had his best career season with 31 touchdown passes. Fitz has plenty of weapons with Brandon Marshall , Jace Amaro, Eric Decker and Matt Forte. Fitzpatrick is 33 years old but continues to get better with age. The Jets addition of Matt Forte will be huge for the team’s offense.
