Weekly GMENHQ awards broken down by position

Giants starting quarterback and darling of the New York sports media Eli Manning deserves to win. Manning’s 76 pass completions ranks him in eighth place overall. Most remarkably, Manning has allowed his once in a decade wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. to break the record in reaching 200 receptions.
"With one reception in Sunday’s game against Josh Norman and the Washington Redskins, New York Giants stud wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. became the fastest player in NFL history to reach the 200 reception plateau."
As is becoming apparent weekly, the veteran quarterback is slightly more confident. This is apparent when he is under pressure, as he has been against the opposition. From the shotgun he does not let himself become intimidated. Instead, he trusts the offensive line to protect him and although his offensive line has not been able to limit intrusions as Manning is on pace to tie his previous sacks ratings in seasons prior.
