Injuries can happen to place most proactive Giants on the IR and it doesn’t seem that McAdoo is prepared

Eighth, as each week goes by there is the possibility that a key position player will be replaced by a practice squad recruit, or worse, an unseasoned rookie.

There is no confidence that McAdoo has the best judgment in ensuring that future replacements to injured layer were they to happen would be able to meet expectations of fans.

So far, the Giants running backs called up to replace Rashad Jennings and Shane Vereen have been quite bad. Bobby Rainey did not rush for nearly as much yardage as hoped up until Week 6.

Sure, on the other side of things, McAdoo has been proactive with making changes to the practice squad each week to ensure that only the players most ready to play ion game day are in practice.

Yet, imagine if Ryan Nassib is in and the trio of Sheppard, Cruz and Beckham are out. In that case, there is little McAdoo has done that gives fans faith that offensive lineup would be competitive.
