Keenan Robinson, Johnathan Casillas and Devon Kennard all have expiring contracts after this season, so it’s fair to say the Giants need to be thinking about linebacker in the draft.

Reese will probably opt to hold on to Casillas after the 2017 season, simply because he’s a leader and the glue to the defense.

Second-year Clemson product B.J. Goodson, will most likely be penciled in at middle linebacker considering he doesn’t have much competition.

But the chances are decent that Jerry Reese chooses a linebacker at some point in the draft, as the offensive lineman are full of inexperience and weaknesses.

If Alabama star Reuben Foster drops to 23, you can go all in on the fact that Reese won’t hesitate to take him.

He’s a gifted athlete, and despite his anger problems and fierce personality, he would bring the fire that the New York Giants need to become a premier defensive threat.
