Samaje Perine out of Oklahoma might be one of the most underrated backs in the draft. He was forced to split carries with Joe Mixon last season, but still racked up an impressive 1,060 yards and 12 touchdowns.

To put into perspective Perine’s talents, he pummeled Kansas for 427 yards and five touchdowns. Perkins didn’t even overcome those amount in the entirety of the 2016 season.

Overall, the guy can run. He’s a bit like Andre Williams, but with more control of his body and better vision.

Williams had all of the physical attributes but lacked the natural instinct of an NFL back, and I think Perine has the instinct to blossom nicely in the NFL.
