Adding offensive lineman D.J. Fluker to the mix only help Perkins down the road.

Despite Fluker suffering a sub par tenure with the San Diego Chargers, he is looking to revive his career with Big Blue.

He is on a one-year contract, so you know he will be leaving it all on the field in 2017.

Fluker isn’t the only one who is going to be opening up running lanes. Former Minnesota Viking Rhett Ellison, blocking specialist, will be leading the way for Perkins to run free.

The New York Giants run game ranked 29th in 2016, averaging 88.2 yards per game. Quite lackluster if you ask me.

The additional help on the line is needed, and with master of the audible Eli Manning at quarterback, Perkins will be able to run all over distracted linebackers.
