Last campaign, the New York Giants outlasted an injured Matthew Stafford and weak Detroit Lions defense. Limiting Stafford was the main objective for the Giants’ defense, and making sure Eric Ebron didn’t have too many mismatches off the line.

Placing cover linebacker Keenan Robinson on Ebron seemed to limit Stafford’s production, as he is one of Staffords’ top targets.

In 2017, the goal will be similar. Stop Stafford.

Are we seeing a trend here? I think so.

There’s a reason Jerry Reese has invested a large fortune into his defensive line.

Putting pressure on the quarterback is essential to winning games, and with a secondary consisting of Eli Apple, Janoris Jenkins, Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie and Darian Thompson, there is support on the back-end.

I’m going with another Big Blue victory here.
