By Henry Buggy

The G-Men have fired head coach Ben McAdoo and general manager Jerry Reese after a 2-10 start.
The New York Giants are officially starting a new era in Big Blue football, and it begins with a new general manager and head coach.
Giants co-owner John Mara said Monday that the search for a new general manager starts right away and that the new hire will have an input on the franchise’s next head coach.
Mara: Our GM search starts right away. I've asked Ernie Accorsi to be a consultant, and he's agreed to do that.
