While Stanton will look to take advantage of New York’s depleted secondary, the real matchup to watch will be Arizona’s wide receivers against Big Blue’s cornerbacks and safeties. Giants starting strong safety Landon Collins is officially listed as questionable, and his status for Sunday is likely to have a significant impact on the outcome of the game.

New York’s defense has struggled against the pass all season, allowing the second most passing yards and most touchdown receptions (30) in 2017. Giants cornerbacks Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, Ross Cockrell, and Eli Apple are sure to have their hands full in Week 16, but their biggest challenge may be slowing down future Hall of Fame wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald.

The Cardinals star receiver will draw coverages from Rodgers-Cromartie, and the Giants veteran corner spoke highly of his former teammate, via New York’s team website.

"“He’s one of the best ever, easy. I think for him to be playing at a high level still in this day and age and still putting up the numbers he is, he has to go down as one of the greatest.”"
