The Giants have 19 unrestricted free agents this offseason, and little cap space to add multiple impact players.

With this being the ideal blueprint for Big Blue, there is one specific free agent New York should target.

New England Patriots veteran Nate Solder is by far the best free agent offensive tackle to hit the market this offseason. He is sure to have plenty of suitors, but that shouldn’t stop Gettleman from targeting him in free agency.

The Giants missed their opportunity to sign Andrew Whitworth last offseason, and this year’s draft class is expected to have plenty of interior offensive line depth.

Losing Justin Pugh and Weston Richburg in free agency may sting for some Giants fans. But getting a cornerstone left tackle, who will turn 30-years-old this offseason, would be a huge first piece for a quick turnaround in 2018.
