#8 – USC OLB Uchenna Nwosu
Uchenna Nwosu could be an ideal draft selection for Bettcher’s defense. The Trojans 6-foot-3, 240-pound outside linebacker has the ability to be a starter in both a 3-4 and 4-3 base defense. He racked up the most quarterback pressures of any draft-eligible edge defender in 2017, according to Pro Football Focus.

Nwosu recorded 75 tackles, 11.5 tackles for a loss, 9.5 sacks, 13 passes defended, and one interception in his senior year, while helping USC win its first Pac-12 title since 2008.
The Trojans two-year starter has plenty of room for development at the next level. But Nwosu could thrive as a rotational pass rusher for Big Blue. He is currently projected to be a third to fourth-round draft selection.
