Week 5 (Oct. 6) – vs. Minnesota Vikings, 1 p.m.

In what might be my biggest upset-special of the season, I have Big Blue prevailing here in surprising fashion. The Vikings play the Giants sandwiched in the middle of getting Chicago on the road and the Eagles at home. It’s very possible that they somewhat overlook the G-men here. While I fully expect the Vikings to be a legit squad, I never really like Kirk Cousins on the road.

The Giants also seem to have two cornerbacks that can do a serviceable job on Minnesota’s two dynamic receivers. Deandre Baker and Janoris Jenkins are both lauded for their ability to cover in one-on-one situations, and I just don’t see them getting totally-roasted here. It will come down to the wire, but I’ve just got a feeling we get a surprise win here and get off to a solid 3-2 start.

Prediction: Win

Record: 3-2
