5. Eric Decosta-Executive Vice President/Assistant General Manager, Baltimore Ravens

Eric Decosta has made a name for himself as the right hand man of Baltimore Ravens general manager Ozzie Newsome, helping him build the 2012 Super Bowl championship roster. During his time with the Ravens, he has drafted 11 Pro Bowl players. Following Newsome leaving the role as the Ravens general manager, Decosta declined the general manager vacancy. Instead, he opted to remain in his current role.

Despite not having the official title of general manager with the Ravens, Decosta is the final decision maker when it comes to making roster transaction. He notably decided to draft Lamar Jackson at the end of the 2018 draft, a move that has proved extremely beneficial to the Baltimore Ravens, who currently sit atop the AFC standings.

Given his loyalty to the team and his ability to make all of the decisions that a typical general manager is allowed to make, Decosta may be difficult to pry away from Baltimore. However, given the high level of success that the team has had with Decosta in the front office, the Giants ownership would be wise to see if there is anything they can offer to lure him away to become the next general manager of the team.
