Now that Joe Judge, formerly of the New England Patriots has been hired as the next head coach of the NY Giants, the hunt is on to fill out the remainder of the staff.

First, we’ll be taking a look at the next potential offensive coordinators for the NY Giants and the schemes they use. After that, we’ll be looking at whether or not those schemes are a good fit for the players that the Giants already have on the roster.

As we touched on earlier, it might be important for Judge to bring in an experienced coach – probably even a former head coach – to help him with the big transition he’ll be making.

Keep in mind that Joe Judge has the ability to hire his own staff, so it’s uncertain what he is looking for.
