4. Jon Kitna

One of the more intriguing names on this list is Dallas Cowboys Quarterbacks Coach, Jon Kitna. While Kitna doesn’t necessarily have the coaching experience that you would be hoping for, he does have the experience of actually being a starting quarterback in the NFL and being in the league for 17 years.

Under the coaching of both Jon Kitna and Kellen Moore, Dak Prescott just had his best season in the NFL in just about every aspect of the game. As much of a risk as it sounds like to give Kitna a look as the new offensive coordinator, having a coach that both played quarterback and has experience with NFL schemes could be just what Daniel Jones needs to excel.
