There were rumblings last draft season that the Raiders were prepared to draft Kyler Murray had he fallen to the Raiders at the fourth overall pick. Should the Raiders still be willing to move on from Derek Carr, they would likely have two top options in Tua Tagovailoa and Justin Herbert available at the fourth pick if they wanted to trade up.
Giants get: OAK/LV picks 1.12, 1.19, 3.17
Raiders get: NYG pick 1.4
Although this seems like a steep price to pay to move up in the draft, the fact that the Raiders would be moving up for their next franchise quarterback while also jumping eight spots to the top of the draft makes it worth it. Although this would likely knock the NY Giants completely out of Isaiah Simmons/Jeff Okudah range, having multiple first-round picks in back-to-back years is something many teams would dream about.
