NY Giants Draft: 5 Potential trade down partners

5. Cleveland Browns

This is the one team that I included on this list that I think would be interested in trading up in order to get their guy but it wouldn’t be for a quarterback. Of course, because of the quarterback premium then being decreased, the NY Giants wouldn’t get as much as they would get from the other teams. The Browns do however desperately need help along the offensive line and could trade up to secure getting their guy.

Giants get: CLE picks 1.10, 2.9, 4.9, and 7.22

Browns get: NYG pick 1.4

This trade would put the Browns in prime position to draft likely any of the offensive lineman in the draft while also helping the Giants stockpile picks throughout the draft. This is another trade likely putting the Giants out of range for Isaiah Simmons and Jeff Okudah, but would likely still leave one of Tristan Wirfs, Andrew Thomas, or Jedrick Wills available for the Giants.
