RD 3 (98): Collin Johnson – WR Texas

The Good: His scheme fits. The NY Giants need a big-bodied X-receiver and Collin Johnson is exactly that. A smart receiver that can go up and get it against anybody and run any route, Johnson is an ideal outside receiver.

The Bad: The thing that has plagued Johnson throughout college is his inability to separate from cornerbacks consistently, which could stick with him at the next level. Nonetheless, Johnson has been working with Rischad Whitfield, better known as ‘Footwork King’, and looked much improved at the Senior Bowl.
