RD 7 (244): Charlie Taumoepeau – TE Portland State

The Good: An athletic tight end that can contribute consistently as a receiver and shows effort as a blocker. Charlie Taumoepaeu is a ceiling player who can separate, comparable to Evan Engram but less athletic.

The Bad:  Similarity on the roster is a major upset here but Taumoepeau should have the ability to develop into a better blocker, since he already shows effort as a blocker. Being a similar type of tight end to Evan Engram means that putting both on the field at the same time leaves the offense overpowered in the box.
