Giants Receive: Chargers first-round pick No. 6, Chargers second-round pick No. 37

Chargers Receive: Giants first-round pick No. 4, Giants fifth-round pick No. 150

Trade Net Value: +299.8 draft points

This likely the best deal that New York will get with the least risk. Both the Chargers and Dolphins are likely to take quarterbacks, so the NY Giants would get their pick of offensive tackles here. Even if Miami decides to take an offensive tackle, they would still get the pick of the top-tier tackles.

Los Angeles wins the bidding war this time, with a crucial high second-round pick that the Giants can use to grab a building block right away.

With the new pick, the Giants could easily grab a center like Michigan’s Cesar Ruiz or the beforementioned Matt Hennessy, or a notable pass rusher in Notre Dame’s Julian Okwara or Michigan’s Joshua Uche.

Either way, the Chargers get Phillip Rivers’ successor and the NY Giants keep building around Daniel Jones.
