The NY Giants have a tough decision to make on keeping kicker Aldrick Rosas after he was formally charged with his arrests.

In a summer full of legal trouble for the NY Giants, Aldrick Rosas put himself in a messy situation when he was charged with three misdemeanors for hitting and running after causing a violent car crash that alcohol is believed to have played a part in.

In a brush of true luck, Rosas somehow avoided the most serious charge he could have hoped to face since there were, thank God, no injuries in the 100 MPH T-Boning of a Ford Pickup Truck while running a red light, and he was never given any type of sobriety test.

Typically, an NFL player would have a decent chance of not being cut for these charges alone, but Aldrick Rosas’ situation with the NY Giants has many layers to it.

Let’s take a dive into them all.
