The NY Giants face another challenging season in 2020 as they start 0-5 for the first time since 2017.

The sad reality is the general feeling is it’s not if, but when the team seemingly gets in their own way of winning or scoring. These costly mistakes and penalties hold them back week after week, year after year.

The most painful part of watching the NY Giants the last few years has been they are competitive in most games. They tease the live audience in to giving them a glimmer of hope they have a shot of winning the game only to lose in (always) painful fashion.

NY often has a shot to win but more often than not, they lose/blow the game rather than the other team winning the game. Three games this year have come down to the game’s last drive with the Giants’ offense not being able to get it done in all three losses.

The Giants have not been able to show they can be trusted to win a game at this point. This Washington game will be no different. This game projects to be a good contest, with the NY Giants favored by 3.

Both NFC East are at the bottom of the division with NY at 0-5 and Washington at 1-4. Both teams will be desperate for a win at any cost.

There will be several players for Big Blue that will decide a win or loss Sunday. Here are five guys to keep an eye on for Week 6.
