LB – Blake Martinez

Martinez, the Giants’ leading tackler, was signed this offseason to provide much-needed stability at inside linebacker and serve as an upgrade over Alec Ogletree, and he’s exceeded all those expectations.

The most consistent linebacker on the Giants’ roster, Martinez leads the Giants with 91 total tackles and has two sacks and one forced fumble.

There’s no question the Giants need to add at least one more dynamic playmaking linebacker this offseason, either via free agency or the NFL Draft, but Martinez has proven to be a building block type player.
