Daniel Jones Final Week 9 Grade: B-

For the first time all year, there were no glaring errors or game-changing turnovers or mistakes.

For that reason, there are no worst throws or worst moments of the day from Daniel Jones to discuss. He didn’t truly have one.

He led two touchdown drives in the first 30 minutes. The defense did their part and complementary football was evident all game.

Jones was 11/12 in the second half. He was nearly perfect and would have been perfect had Evan Engram reeled in a routine catch in the fourth quarter.

This game needs to be the benchmark for how Daniel Jones plays and for the entire team week in and week out. The team handled their business and never let go of their early lead.

While Jones was by no means spectacular, he did everything asked of him to produce the win. It was only Jones’ fifth career win, and his fourth win in as many tries vs Washington.

It’s imperative the Giants and Jones keep that winning feeling. Next week’s contest against Philadelphia is nothing short of another must-win.
