Score prediction

The Giants are certainly building momentum, and playing hard for Joe Judge, but the Eagles are a much healthier team than they were a month ago and have the more talented roster from top to bottom at this moment in time.

It is no small accomplishment that the Giants found a way to slam the door shut on Washington last week, salting out a one-score victory, and kind of absurd that they enter with fainting NFC East championship hopes despite a 2-7 record.

However, the Eagles boast a seasoned and playoff-tested roster that understands how important games like this are, because they’ve played in them many times before in recent years and won many of them. It’s just easier to win these kind of games when you have the expectations of making a playoff run than the team still trying to forge an identity, and learn how to win.

I think the Giants keep it close for much of the game, but similarly to Week 7, the Eagles figure out a way to slam the door shut late.

Pick: Eagles 31, Giants 23
