Special teams

K – Graham Gano

Gano has been worth every penny, and a case can be made that the kicker has been the Giants’ MVP so far this season. Nearly perfect on the season, Gano has made 21-of-22 field goal tries, and is the Giants’ leading scorer. It has been quite the comeback for Gano, who missed the 2019 season, and it’s quite difficult to imagine where the Giants would be without him. Grade: A+

P- Riley Dixon

Dixon’s new technique on a punt that led to Washington fumbling it two weeks ago was instrumental in the Giants’ win. The veteran punter has also been as consistent as they come, averaging 43 yards per punt, pinning opponents inside the 20 yard line 19 times, and opponents are averaging just 5.4 yards per return against the Giants. Coordinator Thomas McGaughey’s special teams units have been the standouts for the Giants the past three years, and they’ve only improved with Joe Judge’s influence. Grade: A

LS – Casey Kreiter

Kreiter has been everything the Giants could have asked for, as far as consistency goes from the long-snapper position. Grade: A
