Round 6: Osa Odighizuwa – DL, UCLA

Size: 6-foot-2 and 279 pounds

15 total tackles, 3 sacks

While defensive line is the deepest position group on the Giants’ roster, there is a legitimate possibility that either Leonard Williams or Dalvin Tomlinson depart in free agency. If that happens, expect the Giants to draft a defensive lineman, at some point in April.

Osa Odighizuwa seems to fit the Dave Gettleman/Patrick Graham profile almost perfectly.

With versatility to play end or tackle, Odighizuwa is at his best when he’s able to generate interior pressure on the quarterback, similar to what Williams has excelled throughout this season.
