GMEN HQ: Joe Burrow suffered a horrid injury last week. How does the Burrow injury affect the entire psyche of this team?

Stripe Hype:

When Joe Burrow went down, it really shook the entire team, despite what head coach Zac Taylor tells the media. From that point on in the game, everything sort of fell apart.

I expect the Bengals to come back and play more sound football but it’s difficult to overcome losing such a big leader. He was heroic at times and the team still fell short often.

You have to think that everybody coming into the game believes they have to play close to perfect to continue competing the way they were with Burrow under center. Safety Jessie Bates has essentially said as much this week in a press conference.
