WR – Golden Tate

Golden Tate has been a virtual nonfactor for the Giants this season.

Tate is a distant fourth among Giants receivers with 33 catches for 375 yards and two touchdowns while averaging 11.4 yards per reception.

It seems that Tate has seen his role diminished this season, and was even benched for the Giants’ game at Washington earlier this season after he was seen screaming “Throw me the ball” into the ESPN camera after catching a touchdown pass against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

For the Giants, Tate is the best slot receiver option on the roster and they will need to get through this season with him as a contributor on this offense but he has done little to prove he’s worth bringing back in 2021.
