NY Giants need to move on from these 6 players in 2021
RB Dion Lewis
Lewis has been among the more disappointing additions to the Giants’ roster this season.
Through the first 15 games, Lewis has produced just 108 rushing yards and a pair of touchdowns, but logged more than three carries just once, has caught just 19 passes for 127 yards and a touchdown, and has struggled mightily as a return specialist with three fumbles. As a running back, Lewis is a distant third on the pecking order behind Wayne Gallman and Alfred Morris, in the aftermath of injuries to Saquon Barkley.
Based on his lack of production and the fact that he is at times a liability as a returner, there’s little reason for the Giants to bring him back.
