Round 6, pick No. 197: Jaquarii Roberson, WR – Wake Forest

Size: 6-foot-1, 182 pounds

Career stats: 75 receptions for 1,080 yards and 9 touchdowns, 14.4 yards per reception

The Giants goal this offseason on offense should be to continue to add high-upside talent at the skill positions both through free agency and in the draft, and Roberson certainly has playmaking potential.

Roberson not only has the size and athleticism to be a red-zone target who is capable of pulling down his share of contested passes, he also can stretch the field, as illustrated by his 14.9 yards per reception at Wake Forest.

PFF gave Roberson a 92.6 overall grade in 2020, his first full season as a starter.

Dave Gettleman and the Giants have had some success with late-round receivers in the past, drafting Darius Slayton in Round 5 back in 2019, and could go back to that well with Roberson in 2021.
