3) Caleb Farley

Farley is the definition of a ballhawk, and is arguably the premier cornerback prospect in the 2021 NFL Draft class.

The Virginia Tech standout opted out of the 2020 season, but didn’t need to play last year following a stellar campaign in 2019 in which he produced an 86.9 overall grade from Pro Football Focus while holding opposing quarterbacks to a 26.9 passer rating when targeting him.

He’s that good.

At 6-foot-2 and 197 pounds, Farley doesn’t just have the ideal frame to play outside, but he has exceptional speed and acceleration, which he frequently stealthily flashed when recovering against receivers often deceiving quarterbacks into attempting throws into windows he quickly slammed shut.

Farley intercepted six passes in two seasons while producing a 90.5 coverage grade from PFF in 2019, so it’s easy to see why he’s the top prospect in this class and just as easy to see him finally bringing some young stability opposite James Bradberry — if he’s still on the board when the Giants go on the clock at No. 11.
