Chicago Bears

2020 Record: 8-8 (Lost NFC Wild Card at the New Orleans Saints)

2021 Venue: Soldier Field

The Giants need to find a way to win this game in the Windy City.

This will be New York’s third consecutive season going to Chicago. The Giants lost their last two contests against Da Bears and both were very winnable games.

Mitch Trubisky has finally left Chicago after a disappointing 4-year stretch as the #2 pick in 2017. Andy Dalton has entered in his place to be the Bears starter in 2021. The reaction from that changeup has been far from encouraging.

Last season’s Giants-Bears game is best remembered for the end of Saquon Barkley’s season in Week 2. Saquon tore his ACL after contact with a defender and he subsequently crumbled to the ground. Expect this game to be circled for #26 as he takes his revenge.

Barkley took off for 125 yards in 2018 against the Bears in a Giants overtime win. Expect a similar stat line for this contest and hopefully the same end result.
