NY Giants’ 53-man roster prediction: How many spots up for grabs in NFL Draft?
Offensive line (8):
Andrew Thomas, Shane Lemieux, Nick Gates, Zach Fulton, Matt Peart, Nate Solder, Will Hernandez, Jonhotthan Harrison
Outside looking in: Jackson Barton, Kyle Murphy, Chad Slade
Offensive line is an area the NY Giants will certainly address in the NFL Draft, and if Northwestern’s Rashawn Slater or Oregon’s Penei Sewell are on the board at No. 11, don’t rule out Dave Gettleman adding a bookend to last year’s No. 4 overall pick, Andrew Thomas.
Regardless, continuing to bolster depth along the offensive line will be just as critical to shepherding Daniel Jones’ development as adding weapons to his arsenal in the passing game.
Depending on what the Giants do during the NFL Draft, Will Hernandez could find himself on the bubble during training camp after his playing time decreased precipitously under the new coaching staff last season.
