Teven Jenkins, OT, Oklahoma State

Teven Jenkins is possibly the best right tackle prospect in the NFL Draft, and is an absolute definition of a mauling “Hog Molly.”

Jenkins started 35 games over four seasons at Oklahoma State, with 26 of those starts coming at right tackle.

The NY Giants have an immediate need at interior offensive line, specifically right guard, but the need is still there at right tackle. Nate Solder is not the long term solution and Matt Peart is a work in progress with a lot of potential, but still a work in progress nonetheless.

While Jenkins’ over-aggressive playing style makes him a liability in pass protection at times, there’s no doubt that his nastiness and run blocking ability would provide an upgrade overall to the offensive line.

Like Koramoah, I would be surprised to see Jenkins fall to 42, but then again this is a deep tackle class with players like Liam Eichenberg and Sam Cosmi still on the board.

If the NY Giants were to land Jenkins to go along with Andrew Thomas, they would likely have their tackle duo of the future to protect the edge for franchise QB Daniel Jones.
