Azeez Ojulari should See the field and Start Immediately

Ojulari is heading into a terrific situation with the NY Giants and their promising defense. The former Georgia standout is capable of coming in immediately and be able to push Lorenzo Carter and Oshane Ximines for snaps immediately. He is filling a tremendous need on the New York defense.

“He’s a perfect fit for that defense,” an AFC South scout tells GMenHQ’s Matt Lombardo. “Knows how to rush from the outside, has a variety of moves, knows how to use his hands well to set up his moves.”

Ojulari is a well-built athlete at 6’5, 240 pounds. His 34.3-inch arms scream ‘classic NY Giants EDGE rusher’. Ojulari also put up strong athletic numbers with a 4.65 40-yard dash and a 10’7 broad jump.

Ojulari’s athleticism, upside, and production that he showed at Georgia make him a strong candidate to start sometime soon or right away. He will compete alongside fellow former Bulldog in Zo Carter for snaps and their familiarity will hopefully get the best out of each other.
