Week 12: vs. Philadelphia Eagles

If the NFL allows stadiums to be at full capacity by this late juncture of the season, this might be the most hostile environment across the league, all season.

The NY Giants were far less than thrilled by former Eagles head coach Doug Pederson’s handling of Philadelphia’s Week 17 game to close out the 2020 regular season, accusing the division rivals of tanking the second half to allow the Washington Football Team a postseason berth and slam the door shut on New York’s playoff hopes.

If any players on the NY Giants roster forget, rest assured they will be reminded all week, both by the coaching staff and media.

By this stage of the season, it will be apparent whether Jalen Hurts or Jones took the requisite leaps in their developments as quarterbacks that the Eagles and Giants are hoping they do. But, the NY Giants seem to have the more talented roster on paper, and certainly have all the added motivation in this revenge situation.

Prediction: 26-17, NY Giants WIN

Current NY Giants record: (6-5)
