Week 8: At Kansas City Chiefs – Monday Night Football

The Chiefs, reigning AFC Champions, having appeared in each of the past two Super Bowls while being favored to return to a third, are one of the more complete teams in football and boast the greatest quarterback walking the planet, currently.

As of now, the NY Giants are none of those things.

Much like the Giants’ gutty effort against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, at home, last season, a 25-23 loss, this game could be more competitive than people think. Also, Andy Reid never quite puts as much emphasis on preparation for non-conference games.

Still, Kansas City is better, Mahomes will likely compete for the MVP, and the NY Giants come up just short.

Prediction: 30-20, Giants LOSS

Current NY Giants record: (4-4)
