John Ross, Wide Receiver

Draft Spot: #9 in 2017 NFL Draft. Selected by the Cincinnati Bengals

Arrival in New York: Signed as a free agent in 2021

Projected Role: Backup Receiver, Key Deep Threat

Mr. 40 Yard Dash Himself. The 40 king needs to showcase his blazing speed and put it to good use in New York.

Ross’s career in Cincinnati was hampered by injuries, a lack of viable QB options, and a bad overall fit for John Ross.

He is looking to jumpstart his career in New York who lacked the top-end speed Ross possesses in 2020. Ross can help stretch the field, become a deep threat, and be used in pre-snap motions and screen concepts for the New York offense.

Adoree’ Jackson, Cornerback

Draft Spot: #18 in 2017 NFL Draft

Arrival in New York: Signed as a free agent in 2021

Projected Role: Starting Outside Cornerback

Adoree’ Jackson is one of the NY Giants’ prized possessions from this ongoing offseason.

Jackson is a highly talented and uber-athletic cornerback who can make plays from any range. His speed, size, and natural instincts allow him to track receivers and make plays on the ball in the air.

Jackson signed a whopping 3-year, $39 million deal in 2021 so you can bet on him starting. He will start across from James Bradberry as the two main outside/boundary cornerbacks. Patrick Graham loves an aggressive, attacking man coverage scheme and Jackson should fit that role perfectly in 2021.
