3. Los Angeles, CA (December 12)

It’ll likely be in the mid-to-high 60’s with plenty of sunshine – not too bad for December. There’s plenty to do in the Los Angeles area, no matter your interests. The City of Angels sometimes gets a bad reputation for the traffic and a lack of authenticity of some of its residents, but I’m a huge fan of the area – especially the local beach towns and the weather.

Why not fly out on a Friday night, enjoy an evening on the town, play a round of golf on Saturday and hit up a beach town in the afternoon or evening, then catch the game on Sunday? There’s a wide range of options for all of the activities, from touristy areas like Santa Monica to more laid back spots like Manhattan Beach. The area also has tons of great hiking trails, if you’re looking for some outdoor exercise.

Of course there’s also the more touristy route, if you want to stick to Hollywood and such.
