2021 QB1: Daniel Jones

Jones will be the NY Giants quarterback in 2021. New York is all-in on the third-year QB out of Duke.

To this point, Jones has not had the proper weapons or offensive line put in place to succeed.

On top of that, Jones had a week-to-week injury that had come during a time where his play was much better and his turnovers (more importantly) were down significantly.

In 2021, the NY Giants Front Office has added plenty of weapons to surround Jones with talent. They should be much better at wide receiver, tight end, and running back with new faces, better play in the same offensive scheme, and hopefully luckier health in a pivotal season.

If Jones takes the next step, the Giants should have a successful season. If he does have a strong season and/or lead the team to the playoffs, it will solidify the Giants’ future plans at the game’s most important and valuable position. Daniel Jones will take this team as far as he goes this season, the team will be relying on him heavily in 2021.
