NY Giants roster: Can Evan Engram finally put it together at tight end?

Tight End #4: Levine Toilolo

Toilolo is the NY Giants’ 4th tight end. A curious player to return this offseason, the Giants restructured Toilolo’s contract to stay with the team. It was a puzzling move to say the least, as the Giants then went out and added Rudolph and having the four current four tight ends as is.

The Giants may have been better off cutting Toilolo and letting the veteran find somewhere else to play in 2021. As the 4th tight end, it’s hard to predict any role for Toilolo in this offense. Both Rudolph and Kaden Smith are willing blockers which is all that Toilolo offers. The 29-year old is firmly on the roster bubble heading into training camp.
