2) Signing CB Adoree’ Jackson

It’s remarkable what two offseasons can do for a position group.

Just two years ago, the NY Giants’ secondary was among the worst and most vulnerable in the NFL, but after pairing Adoree’ Jackson on the perimeter opposite Pro Bowler James Bradberry, this has the potential to be one of the most dominant defensive backfields in the league.

Jackson, a former first-round pick of the Tennessee Titans, arrives after holding opposing receivers to 10.4 yards per reception in 2019 — his most recent fully healthy season — and quarterbacks to a 91.8 passer rating when targeting him.

If Jackson can return to form, the Giants’ pair of outside cornerbacks will prove a tough draw for opposing offenses.
