The NY Giants have a storied history at the quarterback position, but can Daniel Jones write the next chapter?

Champions, warriors and legends – Daniel Jones has a lot to live up to when it comes to being the quarterback of the NY Giants.

As you walk down memory lane, the history of Giants‘ quarterbacks is beautiful as any. Some changed the game, some used it to their advantage like few before them.

One thing they all have in common is that history looks back upon them fondly.

Here are the top 10 quarterbacks in NY Giants’ history:

10) Jack McBride

Years: 1925-1928; 1932-1934

Legacy: Two-time NFL Champion (1927, 1934); First-team All-Pro (1925)

Jack McBride was an integral piece of the NY Giants’ first two championships in franchise history.

In 1927, he scored six touchdowns in a season where the franchise won their first ever championship. He returned to the team after stints with the Providence Steam Roller and Brooklyn Dodgers – once again helping the offense hum on their way to the second championship in team history.

McBride may not have the gaudy numbers like some on this list, but his place in franchise history is carved out by the success his team’s had.
