2021 Contract: $850,000 salary, $908,497 million cap hit

The NY Giants added free agent veteran Kenny Golladay and first-round pick Kadarius Toney to what figures to be one of the league’s more improved and potentially explosive receiving corps, but Slayton still figures to play a key role.

Through his first two seasons, Slayton has developed into one of quarterback Daniel Jones’ favorite targets, catching 98 passes for 1,491 yards and 11 touchdowns thus far in his career.

While Golladay and Toney’s arrivals will likely push Slayton down the depth chart, it remains to be seen where he’ll place in Jones’ target hierarchy. Still, Slayton could benefit from the attention paid to the NY Giants’ new arrivals in the passing game.

However, at a cap hit of less than $1 million for a player who figures to be one of the NY Giants’ top-four receivers, and could potentially start on the outside, it’s hard to provide more bang for the buck.
