LB – Lorenzo Carter

2021 Contract: $2.183 million, $2.445 million cap number

Returning from a ruptured Achilles tendon, Lorenzo Carter figures to play a vital role to the NY Giants’ pass-rush.

Carter made his way back onto the field and atop the NY Giants’ depth chart during OTAs and minicamp this spring, and faces a critical 2021 campaign in terms of securing a key role in the NY Giants’ future.

Prior to getting injured last season, Carter showed plenty of promise, producing one sack and eight pressures in four-plus games.

Through the first 35 games of his career, Carter has collected 9.5 sacks, While there is much riding on this season for Carter, if he provides steady pressure on the quarterback and increases his sack production, it will be tough to beat his value for this season.
