Wide receivers (6): Kenny Golladay, Darius Slayton, Sterling Shepard, Kadarius Toney, John Ross, Dante Pettis

Outside looking in: C.J. Board, Derrick Dillon, David Sills

Not long ago — as in last season — C.J. Board, David Sills, and Pettis were playing meaningful snaps for the NY Giants at wide receiver.

Fast forward to this July, and all could be on the outside looking in, after the NY Giants’ spent top dollar in free agency adding Kenny Golladay, took a flier on former first-round pick John Ross, and chose rookie Kadarius Toney No. 3 overall.

In the span of several months, wide receiver went from one of the weakest positions on the roster, and a reason why some are skeptical that Jones has top-tier potential, as his supporting cast was substandard the past two seasons. That excuse is no longer baked into the 2021 campaign.
