The NY Giants are mixing it up this season in the jersey department.
The NY Giants will look a little different this year.
The Giants announced this week that they will be debuting new pants for all road games in 2021.
New York’s new pants feature the same design and color to match the red and white jersey the team wears for their away games.
The NY Giants will look to bring back their swag from the 1980s when the team always wore whiteouts for games away from New York. The new pants feature a three-stripe red pattern with a blue Nike swoosh in the front to keep some tradition of the ‘Big Blue’ moniker alive and strong.
The team featured Daniel Jones as their model for the new threads. The white on white is a clean look that will bring back some nostalgia to the Giants in 2021.

Along with the new pants, the team is set to expand other uniform ideas for an exciting year as they welcome back fans to MetLife Stadium for the first time since 2019. The Giants will wear their clean and well-respected ‘Color Rush’ jerseys twice this year for the first time.
The Giants’ color rush uniform is the same one that greats such as Lawrence Taylor, Carl Banks, and Phil Simms wore as Super Bowl champions. The alternate throwback helmet has the classic ‘GIANTS’ sticker on the helmet along with a sleek white facemask. The Giants are set to wear their color rush uniforms back-to-back games in Weeks 11 & 12.
Along with the color rush uniform, the Giants also are paying homage to their 2011 team’s uniforms as well. In the Week 6 contest at home vs the Rams, the Giants will wear uniforms to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their Super Bowl XLVI team. The NY Giants are wearing their normal white road uniforms with the old grey pants they wore in the Super Bowl upset win over the Patriots. It will remind the Giants and fans alike of a dominant, far more successful era of NY Giants football than they’ve become accustomed to in recent years.
It’s an exciting time for the NY Giants and fans alike. With any luck, the new uniforms will lead to better results on the field.
